Signals are unvalidated. We are still testing whether these signals say anything about markets. Until that testing is finished and published, treat every score as a description of an event, not as a prediction. A high score does not mean a price will rise; a low score does not mean it will not.

What every score is built from is shown next to it. That includes what could not be used. We show "unknown" when we do not know, instead of a number. Examples of current limits: market capitalisation is used internally, only where an event's first public time is known and only from a closing price before it, to compute how large an award is relative to the company, but no price or price-derived figure is shown publicly; many awards go to private companies that cannot be matched to a listed company, and those have no materiality score; novelty covers only what public award records show and does not know about announcements or expectations; some source timestamps carry no time zone and are read as U.S. Eastern by inference only.

Data can be late, wrong or incomplete. Sources are public government and SEC records. They contain errors, are revised, and are published after the events they describe. Matching a contract recipient to a listed company can be wrong; each match carries a confidence label and the evidence used.
