early access - signal detection; historical validation in progress; not investment advice

1. What the service is

UpComing.PRO shows U.S. federal contract awards taken from public sources, matched where possible to listed companies, with explainable scores and the limits of each score. It is free, in early access, and provided as is.

2. Not advice

The service is information only. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and no score is a recommendation or prediction. See the disclaimer page, which forms part of these terms.

3. Your use

You may use the service for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may not (a) use it to break any law or another party's rights, (b) attempt to disrupt or overload it, (c) scrape it at a rate that harms other users, (d) redistribute the data or scores, or (e) present our scores as advice or as a validated forecast to anyone else.

4. Accuracy and availability

We aim for accuracy but do not promise it. Data is late, revised or wrong at times; company matching can be wrong; scores are unvalidated. The service may be unavailable, changed or withdrawn at any time, without notice.

5. Third-party data

Underlying data comes from public government and SEC sources and, where stated, licensed providers. Their terms apply to their data. See the data sources page.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us and USD 100, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Misuse

You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service.

8. Intellectual property

Our software, scoring methods, design and text are ours or our licensors'. Public-domain government data stays public.

9. Changes and termination

We may change these terms. We will post material changes on this site at least 30 days before they take effect; continued use after that period constitutes acceptance. The date above shows the current version. We may suspend access at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction.
