1. What we collect

• Nothing you give us. There is nothing to sign in to or fill in.
• Standard technical logs. The site is served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes requests (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) to deliver and secure the site, under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not build profiles from them.
• If you email us at hello@comingup.pro, we keep your message and address to reply. Messages are received through Cloudflare Email Routing and kept in private Cloudflare storage.

2. Public data about companies and organisations

The service publishes information from public government and SEC records about contract awards and the organisations that received them (company names, award amounts, agencies). These are business records. Recipients that are sole traders may be named individuals; if you are one and want to ask about a record, contact us and we will consider your request under the law that applies to you. We cannot change government source data, but we can address how it is shown here.

3. Why we use data

To deliver and secure the service, to answer messages, and to improve reliability.

4. Sharing

Cloudflare (hosting, security, email routing and storage). Where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

5. Where it is processed, and how long we keep it

Cloudflare processes requests globally. We keep email correspondence for 12 months and then delete it.

6. Your rights

This policy is written with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law in mind. Depending on where you live you may ask to access, correct or delete data we hold about you. Contact us at hello@comingup.pro.

The service is not directed at children.
